Football Seeding meeting will be Saturday November 5, 2011 at 9 a.m. at Hamilton High School.
Please remember-
Opting Out of playoffs
If a school does not wish to participate in the Section's post-season playoffs, the school administration must notify in writing the Commissioner and Sport Advisory Chair two days prior to the seeding meeting.
If a school is seeded into the post-season tournament and withdraws the fine will be $1000. To reduce the fine to $500, the school administration must present a corrective action plan at the next Executive Council meeting and must attend the following years administrative workshop in August.
If a school wishes to opt out of the playoffs, please notify Liz Kyle and Matt Hunsaker by Thursday November 3, 2011.
