Top of the 4th inning on a play at the plate. Said player was trying to score from 3rd base on a throw to 1st base. He was called out at the plate on a tag by the catcher. The player then disputed the call using the F-word and was ejected for foul language and unsportsmanlike conduct. The head coach questioned the call but said nothing about the ejection.

Very physical game from the start. Anderson got up early 4-0 and Central Valley got frustrated and Anderson began taunting (with comments, very few of which I could make out, but you could feel the tone). CV clearly was after some retaliation. I had two yellows on Anderson in the first half As we were talking about potential for escallation in second half the CV coach came out and warned me the kids were talking about retaliation. Anderson pulled good players at 1/2 which toned the game down for a while. At 16:00 into the second half number 100 from Anderson made a hard tackle on #7, who took offense to it and immediately started pushing #100 taunting him to fight and using many four letter words. The action happened right in front of Bill Conner who helped me get things broke up. After making sure #7 was seperated from the action he was given a Red card. #100 was also given a yellow card for pushing back although mostly to protect himself. After that an additional yellows were given out withing 5 minutes before things settled down. CV coach was not hostile but not exactly helpful. He was blaming Anderson for playing rough, which they do, but at least it was controlled, his would charge at full speed and often jumping at players. Didn't seem to be doing anything to control players emotions. That is the second game in a row that the coach has refused to shake hands after lossing. Not setting a good example to the athletes about sportsmanship.

At min 39 second half Mr. Maldonado took a player from Colusa out with a late tackle. I was in the process of showing hiom a yellow card and he turened to the player he fould and siad "You are a f---ing little bi----ch." I then showed him a direct red card. He was ejected for foul languae.

After player shanked an advantage shot from a hand ball blew whislte since the advantage didn't happened player said advantage and I replied you just shanked the shot at that point player said I was unproffessional and as he turned away said F--K You directed at the Referee Ejected the player at this time.

In the 38th minute Anderson #17 mishandled the ball and uttered a profanity which was heard by nearby spectators. Corning #10 then said something to #17 (content not heard by referees) to which #17 replied "You can suck my d---". #17 was cautioned for the initial profanity and then ejected for the abusive language directed at a player. #10 was cautioned for unsporting behavior.

During discussion of out of bounds call (half way through 2nd half), Santiago ran up and took ball from my hands and started pushing players around. I gave immediate caution (could have given Red), patiently waited for folks to calm down, a made coach get Santiago off field. Santiago returned about 5 minutes later and within a minute clipped individual from behind, second yellow issued with Red card. Santiago was troublesome from early in the game as he usually is. Always instigating problems and then complaining he's getting fouled later.

Mt. Shasta player #60 Dettman was flagged at 8:13 0f the 2rd quarter for taunting an opponent. At 1:27 of the 3rd quarter, during a punt by Mt. Shasta, the umpire heard a scuffle behind him and turned and felt he observed a punch being thrown by #60 of Mt. Shasta. As a result, Mr. Dettman was ejected from the contest. This is Mr. Dettman's second ejection of the season. That being said, the referee for that contest has talked with his crew and determined that the actions taken may not have been appropriate. During that play, the flank official, Mr. Harris, had the play three yards in front of him and didn't feel the actions of the players warranted a flag. He felt that would he have thrown a flag, it would have been for a personal foul on both players. We understand that the ejection will be disputed by the Mt. Shasta coaches and it is the feeling of the crew chief that worked that game that we would not dispute the ejection being overruled.

In the 78th minute while play was stopped for a goal kick I heard #17 use language that was both foul and abusive towards an opponent. I held up the restart, showed Mr. Carey the red card and ejected him from the game. He briefly argued that he had been provoked but left the game calmly afterward.

Midway through the 3rd quarter, towards the end of a play, #80 from Happy Camp and #65 from Big Valley became entangled which progressed to rolling around on the ground and throwing punches at one another. In the 38th minute of the game there was contact near the edge of Foothill's penalty area where players from both teams went down but was judged no foul. As the players were picking themselves up I saw #16 acting and talking to an opponent in a confrontational manner. I called him over and cautioned him, showing him the yellow card. As he walked past me I heard him saying that he was going to hurt the player later. This was not directed at anybody and no opponents could hear it so I issued a second caution and ejected him from the game. Directly after this he held up his middle finger directed at me and used profane language as he walked off the field.

During game coach dissenting calls by made by AR'S, after player No.11 recieved yellow card for tripping (hooked players leg from behind) Coach from bench making comments about calling both ways dissenting calls. The game was a well played closely contested. First foul on #16 was at 9 minutes into the second half with a slide tackle from behind, guilty of over hustle and a lack of skillb . . out of control. Second foul was for unsporting conduct jumping in front of a free kick and blocking kick from only 3-4 yards. Both cards are the result of over hustle and lack of thinking. No serious intent to hurt anyone.

Player given a yellow in the 14th min of the first half for a slide tackle from behind. Player was pushing the edge with additional fouls and decenting behavior throughout the game but never directed at the referee. In the second half things had gone fine until the end of the game during injury time just after I had ejected a Foothill player. As play was starting #17 lost the ball in the defensive end and in chasing the player intentionally pulled the individuals shirt and then triped the individual while kicking his ankles out of frustration. At that point I called the end of the game and proceeded to give him his second yellow and subsequent red. Player was uncooperative and profane directly to me. Coach heard the F... word and punished the player by making him run some laps.

Again a short time after the previous red cards the goal keeper expressed his dissatisfaction with a play by using the F word. It was not his first offense. The general tone of the players from Squaw Valley Academy was surprise and to become belligerent that foul language was not being tolerated.

A couple of minutes after the previous red cards, Brendan loudly expressed his dissatisfaction with with a play by using the F word. After I had blown the whistle and issued him a red and he was walking off the field he extended his hand and arm over his head and extended his middle finger back towards the field of play for several seconds.

When Player #2 was being ejected for his language. Vennessa's responded "What the F...?) loudly from midfield as I was still near the penalty area where player number #2 being written up for his foul language. I then blew my whistle and approached Vennessa and issued her a red card fro her language.

As the ball carrier was being held up by teammates, #9 from Esparto delivered a blow to the head of the ball carrier. After the previous play the umpire overheard #9 tell his teammates he was "going to get someone on the next play". At this point the Umpire talked to #9 and cautioned him regarding his statement.

Coach Richards came on the field to vehemently dispute a "roughing the passer" call. His continued yelling at the officials and his location on the field got him an "unsportsmanlike" flag. Rule 9-8-1a, b, c, d & i were violated by Coach Richards. He wanted to know why he got a flag and asked if he couldn't argue a call. When informed he couldn't argue a judgement call, he reacted badly and continued to yell, which got him a second "unsportsmanlike" flag and an ejection. Coach Richards violated Rule 9-8-1a, c, d & i.
